Beschreibung

• Manage the short- and long-term P&L of the product line. • Increase the working capital turns of the portfolio. • Expand the business with new products. • Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development Process. • Develop product strategies to meet or exceed the company’s overall strategy and goals. • Partner with international teams to identify growth opportunities globally. • Understand market trends to align product strategy with customer needs. • Develop and deliver operating plan for assigned portfolio. • Conduct regular VOC visits to understand target market segments. • Ensure delivery of winning new products through market requirements and aligned business cases.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of Product Management experience • 3+ years of management experience • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Experience working in a matrix environment • Strong project management skills • Domestic/International travel required (15%)
