Beschreibung

• Develop product and market strategies to drive growth and profitability across major markets • Manage the short- and long-term P&L of the product line • Increase working capital turns of the portfolio • Expand the business through new products • Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development Process • Partner with designers, engineers, marketing and sales teams to align products with customer, business, brand and category needs • Conduct market research and communicate with external stakeholders to gather feedback • Manage resource planning and collaborate with operations and engineering on Design to Value, productivity and cost reduction • Manage the complete product lifecycle for Circular Saw Blades and Bonded Abrasive product lines from concept to delivery • Identify and develop new product and market opportunities • Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and finance to develop products meeting company objectives • Develop product launch and sales promotion programs with brand marketing and channel teams • Develop marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials and web content • Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margin and profitability targets • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios • Monitor industry trends and understand end users to support successful product launches • Validate product CTQs, testing and claims with end users • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate product line sales and positioning • Manage the annual marketing budget and product-line profit and loss • Recommend and implement product development process improvements • Provide guidance and technical advice to less experienced team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of Product Management experience • Experience managing a high SKU portfolio consisting mostly of sourced finished goods • Experience working directly with retailers • Experience working with bonded abrasives is highly preferred • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present data and conclusions in an organized manner • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong project management skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Solid analytical skills and acute attention to detail • Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams • Domestic/international travel required (15%) • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
