Beschreibung

• Participate in a two-month instructor-led and on-the-job sales training program. • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within an assigned territory. • Set appointments and meet with prospective business customers. • Develop new customer accounts and expand Staples’ B2B customer base. • Build strong customer relationships and uncover business needs. • Present tailored solutions, products, and services. • Partner with sales support and product experts to deliver customer success. • Achieve activity and sales goals including calls, emails, meetings, wins, and quota attainment. • Manage customer interactions both virtually and in person as needed. • Prepare for advancement opportunities into sales consultant and leadership career paths.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability and motivation to prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities. • Demonstrated work ethic and self-discipline. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to succeed in a competitive, goal-oriented environment. • Ability to accept coaching and implement feedback. • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Reliable transportation for local travel and ability to lift up to 10 pounds. • 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • CRM knowledge and experience (preferred). • Industry knowledge (preferred). • Proven ability to manage multiple customer appointments and administrative responsibilities (preferred). • Success in an incentive-based sales environment (preferred).
