Beschreibung

• Work with existing and new customers, brokers, aggregators, and operational, product, and data teams • Streamline and optimize broker data feed activation • Improve feed data quality • Manage account activation and deactivation • Monitor data ingestion and resolve issues • Ensure frictionless implementations and ongoing optimization of integrations ingesting transactions and holdings across asset classes • Curate broker account integration and connectivity as a product • Collaborate with product managers to build features reducing customer and compliance-team effort • Develop optimal mixes of direct feeds, aggregators, and SDE for customers • Develop market positioning and differentiation for Broker Management and represent its value proposition during sales • Expand direct broker relationships and aggregator account availability • Partner with relationship managers and SSEs on customer cadence, communications, QBRs, optimization, performance, issues, and requests • Collaborate with the Data Team on feed optimization, customer onboarding, and monitoring-system development • Maintain and expand broker information documentation in Star Tools • Document broker feed setup requirements and update implementation playbooks • Establish and maintain Star Preferred Broker criteria and monitor broker performance • Work with the Data Team on new feed setup • Maintain relationships with existing brokers and ensure current feed-process documentation and account availability • Support Star Preferred Broker participation in promotions, events, articles, and webinars • Evaluate aggregators and maintain relationships, terms, and account availability • Audit SDE accounts and optimize them to aggregator or direct feeds where appropriate • Manage optimization processes and report outcomes to customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience within financial services, regtech, compliance, surveillance, or similarly regulated domains • Strong commercial instincts — ability to connect technical investment to customer value and business outcomes • Experience of SaaS sales and understanding of SaaS industry standards and sales approaches • Familiarity with compliance-led buying cycles influenced by regulatory pressure, risk mitigation and audit requirements • High standard of personal integrity and ethical conduct • Senior-level experience appropriate for the role
