Beschreibung

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, with quarterly retention and revenue growth targets. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across Yell’s full range of digital marketing solutions. • Conduct regular account reviews with customers, analysing campaign performance and recommending strategies to maximise ROI. • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs. • Develop clear account growth plans to increase customer spend and long-term value. • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Service, Fulfilment, and wider Sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity in CRM systems.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in selling digital marketing or high-value digital solutions. • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. • Good understanding of digital marketing products, campaign performance, and online advertising solutions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations. • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. • Highly organised, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive approach to client management. • A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activity.
