Beschreibung

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and proper authorization • Ensure timely payments to vendors while adhering to company policies • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or billing issues with vendors • Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities • Collaborate with internal departments to support accounting and finance initiatives • Provide backup support for other finance functions as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 1+ Relevant prior work experience • Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and accounting principles • Understanding of Quickbook compliance procedures • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP, NetSuite • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
