Beschreibung

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Position open to U.S. Residents only • Property & Casualty, Life and Health required. • State Farm experience preferred. • Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking! • Must have access to fast and reliable internet service. • Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone. • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening • Self-motivated • Ability to multi-task • Ability to effectively relate to a customer • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment • Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members • This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
