Beschreibung

• Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of Stedi's healthcare clearinghouse offering • Contribute to a team that ships products continuously • Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction • Author complex technical product and business documents, including PR/FAQs, BRDs, and GitHub tickets • Work with healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product direction • Collaborate with design on mockups and wireframes • Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver features • Measure product performance, track adoption, and identify areas for investment • Own metrics related to product adoption and engagement • Support other product initiatives and advance Stedi's overall product suite

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous product management experience with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products • Experience with B2B products delivered via API is a major plus • 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows, strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code, strongly preferred • Demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap • Ability to translate complex customer requirements for a highly technical audience • Curiosity about how systems work and how to improve product quality • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and ship early and often • For United States-based applicants, work authorization questions are required in the application
