Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot. • Work with legacy systems (Struts, Servlets, JSP, PrimeFaces). • Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration with Kubernetes. • Develop data streaming solutions with Kafka and Kafka Streams. • Ensure code quality by following best practices and performing testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Owners). • Document processes and architectural decisions. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments. • Stay up to date with new technologies and trends.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Experience in software engineering, with relevant experience in Java and/or JVM-based languages. • Experience developing and operating systems using Java, microservices, and APIs. • Knowledge of service containerization (Docker, Kubernetes — e.g., vanilla Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, etc.). • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, StarTeam). • Continuous integration, automated deployment and unit testing; experience with TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies (Scrum). • Experience with private and public cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). • Focus on quality and best practices: commitment to readable, well-tested, and maintainable code.
