Beschreibung

• Produce, maintain, circulate and execute clear comprehensive project plans based upon business requirements. • Lead on elements of large-scale projects including but not limited to commissioning and decommissioning of waste process facilities and capital upgrade projects. • Deliver projects within agreed time and budget parameters. • Track project expenditure. • Provide regular project updates to senior managers and project stakeholders. • Coordinate plant engineering projects to execution. • Coordinate with OPS & Plant Engineering Managers to complete approved projects small/large. • Use existing knowledge and experience to identify opportunities to reduce the time and cost of projects. • Contractor management and liaison. • Budget tracking and oversight. • Support/lead on capital upgrade projects at existing company facilities. • Provide regular project updates to Senior Management and stakeholders. • Support the wider engineering team in their activities whilst promoting best engineering practices across the group. • Attend training courses and seminars to maintain an up to date knowledge of legislative and/or technical changes. • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development and a commitment to current best practice.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Required Education: Associate's or equivalent • Extensive knowledge in specialized field • Management experience preferred: 5-7 years • Required: PRINCE2 Practitioner • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt • Organizational skills • Negotiation • Oral and written communication • Presentation • Team and individual leadership • Conflict resolution • Influencing • Delegating • Coaching and mentoring
