Beschreibung

• Visit strategic commercial and municipal accounts to increase STIHL equipment sales through product demonstrations, training, and feature and benefit comparisons • Identify and prospect new commercial and municipal accounts using competitive products, with the goal of converting them to STIHL customers • Develop, implement, demonstrate, and evaluate product training programs • Initiate contact with current and potential customers, including landscapers, loggers, golf courses, contractors, arborists, and municipalities • Work with Territory Managers and Commercial Solutions Dealers to identify end users needing hands-on demonstrations and field training • Attend and support STIHL and regional trade shows, STIHL U training events, and dealer events • Maintain CRM updates, monthly field reports, competitor and product performance/quality input, expense reports, and email correspondence • Attend sales meetings, dealer training meetings, and other required meetings and training • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred • 1-3 years of sales prospecting experience preferred • Travel may be up to 75% • Must be a self-starter and able to perform well with minimal supervision • Spanish language skills preferred but not required • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to champion and utilize other company-designated software (OneCRM, SAP) as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery • STIHL product familiarity is required • Willingness to live in or around Boise, ID, or relocate
