Beschreibung

• Own the process and the team in permitting efforts across fiber deployment projects. • Establish agency relationships and set quality standards for permitting work. • Oversee permitting work from submittal to approval, ensuring efficient project delivery. • Build and develop an internal permitting team, mentoring staff. • Manage communications with permitting agencies regarding issues and approval status. • Review and approve permitting packages from engineering firms for quality and completeness. • Maintain licenses and approvals, update mapping, and confirm construction completion as required.

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing permitting processes for telecom, broadband, or utility construction projects. • Demonstrated experience leading a team of permitting coordinators or specialists. • Strong understanding of right-of-way, railroad, DOT, and municipal permitting workflows. • Proficiency with permitting tracking tools, GIS/mapping software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for agency and client correspondence. • Valid driver’s license.
