Beschreibung

• Support the German payroll country solution and operational teams • Act as the German Payroll Subject Matter Expert for a delivery team of approximately 15 FTE • Support Managers with client engagement and ensure information is accurate and timely • Support the Sales process by assessing service feasibility and highlighting concerns • Provide guidance for implementations and go-lives • Lead projects to improve customer satisfaction and business performance • Provide daily functional support to German payroll delivery teams • Act as escalation point for German payroll questions, issues and client requirements • Maintain the Country Solution workbook • Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure teams are upskilled on changes • Resolve technical and functional issues and ensure system defects are correctly reported • Work with Operational Management, Transformation and Products on automation, innovation and continuous improvement • Manage Year End activities and deadlines • Identify upsell opportunities • Support resolution of client escalations and lessons learned • Upskill and develop team members through training and coaching • Adhere to Strada security, compliance and quality standards • Complete time recording accurately and on time • Contribute to team meetings, raise issues and build relationships across lines of business • Participate in assigned projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas integrating with payroll • Expert knowledge of German payroll processes, practices and associated legislation • Strong experience supporting payroll operations, client engagements, implementations and payroll transformations • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Fluent German and English language skills (mandatory) • Hands-on SAP Payroll experience (mandatory) • Experience supporting, coaching and guiding payroll delivery teams • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5–8 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred • Experience with EuHReka preferred • Experience with Exchange preferred • Payroll certifications, PDL, VPS desirable • Experience managing small-medium scale projects desirable • Experience supporting geographically dispersed and remote teams desirable • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada
