Beschreibung

• Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions, with an emphasis on providing customers with a high-value experience while managing project budgets and timelines. • Planning and Performance functions include budgeting, long range forecasting, capital and business planning, and performance management. • Perform detailed analysis and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations and understand customers’ accounting, data and organizational structure. • Partner with customers to support and drive tool adoption and develop process workflows for administrating the various areas of the application tailored to the nuances of the organization. • Follow standard process workflows to perform routine administration and audit work. • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for all communications and work efforts, including emails, video meetings, instant messaging, and possibly in-person travel if requested by the customer.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably in the healthcare space. • Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems • Direct experience with Financial Planning software applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning. Experience with StrataJazz preferred. • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time • Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response • Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships • Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams • Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction • Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with building and working with financial models.
