Beschreibung

• Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities. • Perform general ledger analysis and account reconciliations. • Complete daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. • Support balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting activities. • Assist with commission reviews in partnership with Sales Operations and People Operations. • Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related reporting. • Provide backup support for accounts payable processes. • Manage accounting-related credit card activity and documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls. • Support special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 1-3 years of accounting experience • Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting platforms • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience supporting accounting functions in a technology or professional services environment
