Beschreibung

• Collaborate with partner teams to standardize procurement and operational processes • Develop and manage key reporting that illustrates how effective Sunrun is attaining the Investment tax credit • Work with outside counsel to get approval to install new system configurations for partners • Develop and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) to support compliant sourcing across channel partners • Manage material sourcing strategies and supply transitions to align with evolving regulatory and business requirements • Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure compliance with documentation standards and traceability requirements • Partner with design, engineering, and planning teams to identify and resolve projects that may not meet compliance or sourcing requirements prior to execution • Conduct regular reviews of projects in progress and completed installations to track compliance status and identify risks • Maintain documentation and reporting to support internal audits and external compliance reviews • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process consistency, data integrity, and compliance across supply chain operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related • 5 years of experience as a Logistician in a regulated or compliance-driven environment • Exposure to sourcing requirements, trade considerations or tax-related programs • Implementing process controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready workflows • Working cross-functionally with finance, legal and operational stakeholders • Using ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools for reporting & decision-making • Leading cross-functional initiatives in complex operational environments
