Beschreibung

• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for clients in the real estate sector to optimize financial outcomes. • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients. • Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. • Provide specialized tax guidance to clients in the real estate industry, addressing unique challenges and opportunities. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. • Collaborate with teams across multiple locations in Los Angeles, ensuring consistency in service delivery.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax, preferably in real estate. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. • Experience with tax planning and compliance for clients in the real estate industry. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
