Beschreibung

• Supervise and lead the tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns. • Review and analyze complex tax issues, providing guidance to the team. • Effectively manage and support a remote team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring exceptional client service. • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of tax deliverables. • Leverage technology and communication tools for seamless collaboration with team members and clients.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax. • Proven experience in remote team management and collaboration. • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
