Beschreibung

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual internal audit process. • Identify areas of risk and implement controls to mitigate them. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Collaborate with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop financial strategies. • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting processes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit processes. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite a plus.
