Beschreibung

• Lead discovery and validation by engaging with internal stakeholders and directly with customers to uncover user needs and pain points • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower our customers to digitalize their work • Frame hypotheses and define measurable product outcomes • Join rituals such as daily standups and reviews • Own a problem space, understanding users and mapping opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years’ experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager or Product Designer, ideally in a start-up or scale-up B2B SaaS environment • Profound knowledge in CAx technology (geometry kernels, different simulation disciplines) • Ability to translate technical possibilities into customer value • Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment • Naturally curious about our domain and new technologies to build deep understanding of customer workflows and market context
