Beschreibung

• Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations of SysAid to potential customers • Provide technical consultation to prospects on integrating SysAid into their IT infrastructure and addressing their challenges • Own demo and proof-of-concept trial sites, including strategy, design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance with product and engineering support • Manage and execute proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate SysAid’s capabilities and value • Work closely with the sales team to close business, respond to technical questions and objections, and prepare detailed proposal responses • Serve as the technical source of truth for sales teams • Liaise with product management to convey product feedback, market needs, and competitive insights • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products • Assist in developing and delivering technical training for sales teams, partners, and prospects • Represent SysAid at industry events, conferences, and webinars

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years in SaaS/B2B pre-sales, solution engineering, and/or technical consulting • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discovery and demos with audiences from technicians to CIOs • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work effectively with sales, product, and support teams • Self-motivation, resilience, and a driven, solution-oriented approach • Experience integrating enterprise software in various IT environments, including cloud-based platforms • Understanding of or experience with REST APIs • Experience with Postman, iPaaS/AI tools, or similar for building quick integrations and demo automations • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Must be London-based or within range • Experience in AI sales or building AI automations with tools like Claude is nice to have • Background in ITSM or customer service platforms is nice to have
