Beschreibung

• Act as the primary point person for assigned customer issues involving inventory, shipping, order entry, billing, and related matters • Maintain strong relationships with property-level purchasing managers and executive housekeepers • Provide sales support to Territory Managers and Corporate Accounts on amenity conversions, including products, samples, information, and inventory position • Maintain frequent customer contact and provide superior customer service • Maintain customer data, update contacts, and keep detailed, accurate records of account interactions in Salesforce CRM • Manage and execute day-to-day logistics for specialty account customers and temporary projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of successful sales, account management or customer service experience • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust • Knowledge of various sales methods and techniques • Exceptional oral and written communication • Pleasant and professional telephone presence • Charismatic, warm, friendly personality • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficiency with basic computer hardware and software, including Word, Excel, Teams and CRM programs • Ability to work remotely and make decisions with limited supervision • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use computer keyboard, mouse and telephone, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds • Evening and weekend work may be required depending on business and customer needs
