Beschreibung

• Analyze client needs: You will be at the center of understanding our clients' business challenges to propose tailored solutions. • Design and model processes: You will participate in defining and modeling business processes prior to implementation, ensuring smooth and optimized integration. • Proof of Concept (POC): You will have the opportunity to design and execute proofs of concept to test new ideas and solutions before deployment. • Develop, configure and deploy features: You will take charge of developing and implementing new functionality, ensuring quality and performance. • Lead and mentor a delivery team: You will play a key role in directing and guiding a team of consultants to successfully deliver projects. • Drive innovation and propose solutions: You will actively contribute to clients' technological transitions and advance innovation by proposing cutting-edge solutions. • Share your expertise: You will transfer best practices to our junior technical consultants, supporting their skills development. • Participate in bids and project estimation: You will be involved in preparing proposals, providing technical expertise to estimate and scope projects.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo implementation: Minimum 6 years' experience with knowledge of MFA and ACM modules. • Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, where you have supervised and inspired teams to deliver complex projects. • Clear and constructive communication: Able to defend your ideas, express your viewpoints constructively and persuade stakeholders while remaining attentive. • Strong written and verbal skills: Excellent ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and comfortable speaking in public or in meetings. • Fluent English: Comfortable in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with international teams. • Team spirit: You enjoy sharing knowledge and making a positive contribution to projects.
