Beschreibung

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, diagrams, and supporting documentation • Design future-state digital workflows using tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Power Automate • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility • Support testing, validation, and rollout of redesigned workflows • Contribute to change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication materials, and training documentation • Ensure workflows comply with standards related to data governance, security, and accessibility • Assist with continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews • Maintain organized documentation and track progress against project timelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow engineering, or automation projects • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies • Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or workflow automation platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
