Beschreibung

• Own features from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. • Build scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS. • Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and validate solutions. • Influence product decisions through technical expertise and customer insights. • Deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on customer value, usability, and performance. • Contribute to a fast-paced product environment where ideas quickly become production features.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Has strong commercial experience building SaaS products with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. • Enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable making technical and product decisions. • Thinks beyond implementation and naturally looks for ways to improve the customer experience. • Has experience building modern, customer-facing web applications. • Approaches software development pragmatically, balancing quality with speed of execution. • Is comfortable working independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment. • Speaks German at a native level and communicates confidently in English. • Nice to Have: Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks. • Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. • Experience participating in customer interviews, product discovery, or user testing. • A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
