Beschreibung

• Directly responsible for clinical services and partnership with a Territory Manager for sales • Identifies potential customers and develops business relationships • Provides clinical and sales support, and product education • Develops strategies and programs to address clinical needs • Conducts patient and HCP training and education • Attends corporate sales/clinical training, meetings, and conventions • Maintains records in customer relationship management software • Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies

🎯 Anforderungen

• RN, RD or RPh or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience • Advanced Diabetes Education Professional Credential (CDCES or BC-ADM certified or eligible) • Maintenance of registration and licensure through clinical education • Continuing education on diabetes technology and pump therapy • 2 years’ experience coordinating and conducting patient education • 1 year of related diabetes/endocrinology industry experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software familiarity preferred • Ability to travel in the assigned territory at least 80% of the time • must maintain valid driver’s license and required auto insurance as well as good driving record
