Beschreibung

• Provide leadership and guidance to project-related staff and business lines • Manage vendors and project resources while coordinating competing priorities • Manage mid-size projects or significant segments of very large projects with limited supervision • Act as a consultant to business lines • Prepare management reports summarizing project and work-activity status • Evaluate project effectiveness after implementation, document findings, and incorporate changes into future project plans • Coach employees to ensure activities are undertaken and completed • Assist employees with compliance with human resources policies, procedures, and conduct guidelines • Coordinate sharing of information, skills, and knowledge among employees • Support a project portfolio through leadership and guidance • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Use the company business project management model for high-visibility, company-wide projects as appropriate • Manage communications to key stakeholders and communicate significant project-status changes promptly • Ensure employees understand the readiness process and facilitate readiness sessions for implementation • Manage time and assignments according to workload and Department Manager direction • Complete assignments independently and in a detail-oriented manner • Adhere to the department and bank's risk-management culture • Communicate technical construction information to lending personnel • Analyze challenging construction projects and make well-considered recommendations • Participate in industry events and training to stay current with construction risk trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 3-5 Years of related experience • Preferred: technical degree in engineering or architecture • Preferred: 10+ years of experience • Construction Quality Control/Quality Assurance work experience • Knowledge of Code, Design, Change Orders, Construction Administration, Procurement, etc. • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business and technology relationships • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make sound business decisions • Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with well-developed organizational skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Flexibility and a high degree of initiative and motivation • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service • Ability to communicate technical construction information to lending personnel • Sound construction engineering judgment to analyze challenging projects and make well-thought-out recommendations • Ability to participate in occasional domestic travel • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, read/write/comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously • Ability to perform occasional responding to sounds, sitting/standing/walking, moving safely in confined spaces, lifting/carrying under 25 lbs., squatting, bending, and reaching forward
