Beschreibung

• Lead teams of 5 or more people developing, testing, and fixing defects in application software • Lead preparation and review of system-level application software designs spanning multiple systems and company-wide business processes • Lead cross-functional work teams in preparing technical work estimates and project schedules • Mentor team members in developing work plans • Lead work teams in resolving complex, unique problems requiring creative problem solving and advanced technical skills • Maintain authoritative knowledge of systems within the team's responsibility • Consult with business process owners on the use and modification of system software • Maintain expert-level knowledge of software development best practices, tools, and methodologies • Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across business units • Design, build, and support customer-facing web and mobile platforms for digital sales, billing, payments, account management, scheduling, and support • Guide technical direction and implementation using headless, omni-channel architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks in a multi-cloud environment • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience • 5+ years experience in software development or testing • Experience with modern web, mobile, and backend technologies, including headless architectures, omni-channel delivery models, React, Node.js, Python, Java, and Linux-based environments • Experience with multi-cloud infrastructure, event streaming platforms, Elastic, Dynatrace, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL solutions • Knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and tools • Knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools • Knowledge of one more programming language used by the team • Knowledge of software testing practices and tools • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and tools • Ability to travel as needed for company business and professional development • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for system implementations and resolving system problems • Knowledge of business analysis practices and business process modeling • Knowledge of quality management and quality improvement practices • Knowledge of team leadership skills, practices, and behaviors • Knowledge of techniques, tools, and applicable laws to conduct effective and legal interviews • Knowledge of techniques and tools for writing and presenting business proposals to management • Effective writing and public speaking skills; ability to convey complex information to general audiences
