Beschreibung

• Develop and/or improve content using a variety of modalities, including video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based. • Uses tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint. • Design and deliver training for all team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with organizational goals. • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes or new content from SME, ELT, and Legal. • Facilitate specialized VILT sessions such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, DOT guidelines, EPS, Spirometry, POC testing, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other management-requested topics, delivered virtually to team members across all markets. • Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, skill gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and communicate findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and Human Resources. • Assist with project management tasks, including building and updating detailed project plans. • Assess current training and data to recommend new trainings, updates, development tools, and applications. • Support department goals and priorities by tracking training records, reporting on program progress, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. • Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles. • Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials. • Proficiency in programs such as Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. and SharePoint • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and logistics. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
