Beschreibung

• Work hands-on developing web, backend and mobile features, as well as integrations; • Demonstrate critical thinking and proactivity to contribute to solution development; • Develop and maintain applications using PHP/Laravel and MySQL; • Support the evolution of current frontends toward more modern architectures using React; • Contribute to mobile initiatives using React Native; • Support the definition and adherence to technical standards for code, structure, testing, APIs and documentation; • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers; • Support architectural decisions together with technical leadership and Product; • Identify and reduce technical debt affecting stability, productivity and scalability; • Improve performance of applications, APIs and databases; • Support integrations with internal and external systems and data platforms; • Contribute to improvements in deployment, version control, CI/CD and monitoring; • Participate in incident analysis, critical bug resolution and production issue handling; • Work closely with Product, Data, DevOps and Business teams; • Ensure technical evolution happens incrementally, sustainably and with a value-oriented approach.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel; • Experience with relational databases, with a focus on MySQL; • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and React; • Knowledge of React Native and Kotlin/Swift; • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs; • Knowledge of Git, code review and good version control practices; • Experience with Docker; • Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines; • Ability to analyze production issues and propose structured solutions; • **Nice to have** • Knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Firebase or similar); • Knowledge of Azure or DigitalOcean; • Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents/automations and integration with AI APIs; • Experience with jQuery; • Experience with queues, asynchronous jobs and background processing;
