Beschreibung

• You will own product execution across the patient experience: how patients discover, enroll, convert, and stay in care. • The CTO retains ownership of product vision and platform strategy; your job is to translate that vision into a prioritized roadmap, ship it with our engineering team, and let the data tell us what to do next. • From day one of live traffic, you will own the instrumentation, analysis, and iteration loop that turns our first patient cohorts into durable, compounding growth. • Patient funnel instrumentation and analytics, from visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill. • The retention and lifecycle roadmap: activation, adherence, refill continuity, dunning and payment recovery, win-back. • Backlog ownership and sprint-level prioritization with engineering. • Product requirements and specs engineers can build from without a meeting. • Pricing, bundling, and packaging decisions. • Launch readiness across the patient-facing experience: intake, identity verification, checkout, onboarding, and first-fill journey. • Full-funnel instrumentation and analytics: define the metrics tree (visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill), ensure every step is measurable before day one. • Launch triage: prioritize the inevitable post-launch fix list against the next release roadmap with clear, communicated tradeoffs. • Cohort and funnel analysis that drives weekly prioritization; you frame the tradeoffs, propose the call, and drive the decision with the CTO. • Voice of the patient: synthesize support tickets, session data, and patient feedback into roadmap inputs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years as the senior or lead PM on a consumer-facing product • Personal ownership of a DTC subscription product's retention metrics: you can name your LTV/CAC ratio, monthly churn rate, and the interventions you ran to move them • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, finance, or another regulated consumer domain • Hands-on execution: you write your own specs, run standups, and pull your own analytics queries • Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams • Comfort operating as product hire number one, with no product ops or design team to delegate to
