Beschreibung

• Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers from qualified leads • Discuss customers’ interest in different plan options • Assist customers with transferring to a licensed sales agent for their area • Ask required questions using the provided script • Utilize rebuttals to overcome caller objections • Explain the benefits of available options during open enrollment • Meet transfer targets • Appropriately disposition each call • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage inbound and outbound communications • Use web-based tools to resolve inquiries and support a positive customer experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • Comfortable with desktop computer systems • General knowledge of Windows-based systems • Ability to work weekends • Dedicated workspace near router for hardwired Ethernet connection • Internet minimum of 15 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, with ISP under 50ms • Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN • Proof of internet speed required • Sales background preferred but not required • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred • College degree preferred but not required • Ability to follow established procedures and work within a structured schedule with varied shifts
