Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects and business stakeholders on security, performance, development processes, and application governance • Design and manage implementation of Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements • Advise and mentor customer and partner teams on technical and functional delivery at program level • Contribute to program vision and articulate project strategies involving the Force.com platform • Guide application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and platform education • Drive creation of application and technical design documents integrating Salesforce with customer infrastructure • Troubleshoot customer implementation issues and lead evaluation of business and technical requirements • Build relationships with business partners and contribute to broader consulting practice growth • Lead internal strategic initiatives, develop practice knowledge and resources, and mentor technical and non-technical Salesforce colleagues • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce and integration tools • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project, issue, communication, and change management • Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmaps

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation of common enterprise software solutions and management of junior technical resources • 2+ years of experience as an architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership • 2+ years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting • Hands-on experience with CRM products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite • Experience with enterprise architecture areas including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies • Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ • Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology is preferred, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated people leadership and development of long-term client relationships • Ability to collaborate in large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery • Client-centric mindset focused on stated customer needs and goals • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for client success • Ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to develop strategies or roadmaps for client onboarding or digital transformation • Strong commitment to service, integrity, resilience, team development, and creative strategy
