Beschreibung

• Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process • Articulate data and AI capabilities to prospective clients • Lead technical architecture and discovery projects during delivery • Refine data products and technical architectures for client projects • Design scalable data pipelines, machine learning model architectures, and MLOps frameworks • Own a Data & AI technology vertical, including solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership • Provide architectural account-level guidance and subject matter expertise to existing project teams • Estimate team composition, build scope, and resource planning • Collaborate with delivery teams to launch solutions aligned with client and executive partner goals • Expand client accounts through holistic enterprise understanding and cross-team expertise

🎯 Anforderungen

• Multi-platform familiarity, with expertise in one or more major cloud data, AI/ML, and backend cloud platforms • Deep experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other major cloud data warehousing/lakehouse solutions • Proficiency with AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform/Vertex AI, or similar cloud-native AI/ML platforms • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing data and AI solutions • Specialized knowledge of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time analytics • Awareness of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning, MLOps, Agentic AI, and LLMs • Deep understanding of MLOps principles and CI/CD tools for machine learning models • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with software estimation, work planning, and project planning within time/cost constraints • Experience delivering software or data solutions in an agency/client-service environment • Ability to explain complex data and AI concepts to technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders • Experience with commercial conversations involving budgets and fees for data and AI initiatives • Passion for continuous delivery, rapid iteration, and agile-inspired data and ML methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use repeatable frameworks and best practices for new data technologies and AI concepts • Appreciation for the wider client enterprise and desire to expand accounts holistically • Comfort working in both pre-sale and post-sale environments
