Beschreibung

• Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process • Speak with prospective clients about the firm's engineering capabilities • Lead technical architecture and discovery projects • Use consulting methods to refine product and technical architecture of client projects • Own a technology vertical, including solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership • Provide architectural account-level guidance and subject matter expertise to existing project teams • Support in-flight projects and implement client partners' vision • Collaborate with client and executive partners and delivery teams • Expand accounts to holistically service clients • Apply modern processes such as continuous delivery, rapid iteration, and agile-inspired methodologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Multi-platform familiarity with expertise in one or more listed technologies • Front-end experience with Swift, Kotlin, Maui, React Native, React, Angular, Flutter, or Typescript • Backend experience with NodeJS, Spring, .NET, or Python APIs • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or Kafka data services and systems • Familiarity with content management systems, analytics platforms, and third-party frameworks • Experience delivering software in an agency or client-service environment • Experience with commercial conversations involving budgets and fees • Experience with software estimation, work planning, and project plans within time and cost constraints • Ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical individuals • Experience iterating and refining product vision with clients and offering multiple approach options • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use repeatable frameworks and best practices to incorporate new technologies or concepts • Comfort working in presale and post-sale environments • Attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity • Willingness to learn mobile software development principles • Bonus: experience with Amazon Connect, Zendesk CCaaS, Google CES, Five9, or Genesys CCaaS • Bonus: experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other cloud data warehousing/lakehouse solutions • Bonus: proficiency with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform/Vertex AI • Bonus: understanding of MLOps and CI/CD for machine learning models • Bonus: familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Remote applicants must be able to travel to clients and TELUS Digital Solutions offices as expected
