Beschreibung

• Build shared and client-specific production, non-production, and disaster recovery environments • Perform server and application installations, configurations, and deployments • Configure IIS Server, create websites, and troubleshoot related issues • Perform SQL Server database backup and restore, user permissions, and script deployments • Perform server and application migrations and operating system upgrades • Perform Active Directory tasks, including user and group creation and delegation • Develop systems reports in SQL Report Builder using scripting and automation • Triage, analyze, and coordinate application issues on shared or client premises • Focus on system stabilization, security, and performance • Write and update technical documentation and maintain a service catalog • Provide overtime or after-hours support for urgent issues, production core releases, weekends, and busy seasons • Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, client groups, and cross-functional departments to deliver integrated solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 years of experience in IT • University degree in Computer Software or Computer Engineering • Experience with Windows Server 2012–2019 installation, configuration, management, and IIS role • Knowledge of scripting, including PowerShell, VBScript, CMD, and SQL • Experience with domain environments such as Active Directory or LDAP • Familiarity with N-Tier applications using IIS web frontend, .NET services, and SQL Server database backend • Familiarity with networking, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN • Strong troubleshooting skills • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple assignments • Effective and flexible communication skills • Ability to explain complex problems and technical solutions to varied audiences • Collaborative cross-functional working style • Knowledge of Octopus Deploy or Azure DevOps Pipelines is nice to have • Knowledge of Azure Serverless, Azure DB, Azure Container Instance, Kubernetes, and Docker is nice to have • Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform is nice to have • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and GP is an asset but not required
