Beschreibung

• Play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing HR technology landscape. • Focus on Oracle Fusion within Learning, Talent, Time and Labor modules. • Ensure effective utilization and alignment with corporate goals. • Collaborate across various teams and stakeholders. • Lead and manage HR-related IT projects. • Define and prioritize product roadmaps working closely with stakeholders. • Collaborate with development team for timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback. • Provide functional and technical expertise to the team.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on HR systems. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including its HR modules and best practices. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex issues. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a corporate setting. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
