Beschreibung

• Own the accurate and timely entry of portfolio company data into the CRM. • Collect, standardize, and reconcile periodic reporting from portfolio companies. • Produce and maintain internal portfolio reports and dashboards. • Serve as an operational touchpoint for portfolio companies. • Serve as the first operational point of contact for inbound dealflow. • Support the investment team across the transaction lifecycle. • Continuously improve the team's operating infrastructure.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–4 years in an operations, analyst, investment support or FP&A type role, ideally within venture capital or private equity. • Exceptional organizational skills and a near-obsessive attention to detail. • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and dealflow platforms as well as strong command of Excel/Google Sheets. • Demonstrated ability to build, document and maintain repeatable processes. • Ability to work independently, take initiative and operate effectively in a remote, global, fast-moving environment. • Familiarity with venture/growth-stage investment workflows, portfolio reporting and valuation concepts (an asset).
