Beschreibung

• Manage projects in accordance with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and financial and contractual obligations • Plan and proactively manage multidisciplinary study teams across Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and Safety • Ensure milestones are achieved and studies are delivered within budget, on schedule, and according to quality standards • Identify critical project tasks and issues and recommend actions to expedite project objectives • Serve as a senior-level governance contact for issue escalation • Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and applicable quality standards • Manage strategic project aspects and identify, analyze, and mitigate risks • Oversee and mentor Project Managers as required • Communicate with clients, manage relationships, identify needs, and evaluate business solutions • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines and track progress • Ensure study team members are trained on project-specific systems and procedures • Develop, implement, and maintain sound business practices • Measure and evaluate project performance • Manage budgets, profitability, and timely invoicing • Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization with Finance & Accounting • Manage project resource allocation with line managers • Facilitate internal and external communication and escalate issues to management • Maintain relationships with third parties and vendors • Manage high-level organizational deliverables • Participate in capability presentations and bid defenses • Increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships • Support Business Development opportunities, proposals, and final reviews • Contribute to procedures, guidelines, SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with Project Manager selection and provide team performance feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life science, or RN diploma • 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager working on global oncology studies • In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations governing the conduct of clinical trials and quality standards • Early Phase (I and II) expertise • In-depth knowledge of project planning and metrics • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff • Experience attending or leading bid defense meetings • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Solid organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize • Internal and external negotiation skills • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% • Home-based in Spain
