Beschreibung

• Lead a team of analysts supporting Payment Integrity initiatives • Identify medical cost drivers, trends, risks, and affordability opportunities • Develop and execute analysis and AI supporting enterprise-level Payment Integrity strategies • Drive alignment across business units toward enterprise financial goals and priorities • Translate analytical findings into executive-ready insights • Own financial business cases, forecasts, variance analyses, and performance recommendations for affordability initiatives • Oversee analytics for Payment Integrity initiatives, policy changes, and ongoing performance monitoring • Assess reporting capabilities and advance self-service analytics solutions using AI and tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Claude, and Cursor • Modernize analytics through scalable methods, automation, and AI-enabled tools • Research affordability, AI, and business trends to advise senior management on Payment Integrity strategy • Manage and develop analysts, set priorities, ensure quality output, and support skill development • Prioritize and delegate work across multiple initiatives • Implement data-quality checks, controls, and processes • Identify insights, risks, and emerging trends to inform affordability strategy • Partner with finance, operations, clinical, product, and network teams to evaluate trends and support proposals

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Business, Applied Mathematics, Public Health, Actuarial Science or similar • 7+ years of progressive experience in medical claims predictive analytics, financial modeling, or healthcare economics • People Leader experience • Strong analytical and technical skills • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, SAS, Databricks, Tableau, or similar platforms • Experience with and knowledge of medical claim coding and provider reimbursement • Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights • Experience presenting to senior and executive audiences • Experience managing multiple priorities and leading teams in a matrixed environment • Strong attention to analytical accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners • Internet connection obtained through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working from home
