Beschreibung

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundation, structural, and architectural plans. • Analyze construction drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy. • Calculate square footage, PSI requirements, and material quantities for concrete projects. • Collaborate with the estimating team to support project bids and estimates. • Maintain accurate and organized takeoff and estimating documentation. • Review project plans and specifications to identify scope requirements. • Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid packages. • Communicate with team members regarding project details and quantity clarifications. • Organize and maintain digital project files, drawings, and related documentation. • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken). • Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates. • Prior experience performing construction takeoffs is required. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required. • Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software platforms. • Must be available to complete a client-assigned test project. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and accountability. • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, software, and processes. • Comfortable using email, OneDrive, and other document management tools. • Experience in concrete construction is highly preferred. • Experience reviewing construction drawings, plans, and specifications. • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
