Beschreibung

• Implement operational plans that align with the company’s and The Institute’s strategic objectives. • Responsible for the organization’s financial health – responsible for creating annual budgets and 3-year plans, as well as managing expenses and meeting pre-determined annual revenue goals. • Establish and monitor KPIs across all channels to track performance and success. • Oversee the production and delivery of all educational content, ensuring high-quality and consistent output. • Manage the development, delivery, and promotion of the Chartered Insurance Asset Manager (CIIM) designation program. • Plan, execute, and continuously improve in-person and virtual events, ensuring exceptional participant and sponsor experiences. • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments. • Support prospecting, sales, retention and upsell efforts by emphasizing client value propositions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in operations, ideally within media, education, or event-driven organizations. • Demonstrated ability to turn strategic ideas into measurable outcomes. • Strong team leadership and development skills. • Proficiency with operational technology tools, including CRM systems, event management software, and learning platforms. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Experience managing budgets and optimizing resources.
