Beschreibung

• Coordinate logistics for three to four invite-only workshops per year, including venue, A/V, catering, and conference space • Support logistics for legislative briefings and trainings for federal and state legislators and staff • Coordinate the visiting fellows program, including onboarding, scheduling, and travel • Support production of the Scaling Laws podcast through guest coordination, scheduling, prep-research, show notes, and social media clips • Assist with video and social media content scheduling and promotion • Coordinate travel and lodging for staff and fellows attending program events • Support the commissioned-papers workflow, including tracking, scheduling, and administrative coordination with outside authors • Maintain program calendars, track deliverables and deadlines, and keep daily operations on schedule • Assist with program reporting and funder-required documentation • Provide general administrative and scheduling support to the research director and program team • Complete other duties as assigned by Lawfare management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Recent college graduate or 1–3 years of work experience • Bachelor’s degree • Strong organizational, logistical, and project-coordination skills • Keen attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable coordinating across staff, fellows, outside experts, and vendors • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Interest in artificial intelligence, technology policy, law, or national security is a strong plus • Prior experience in event planning, podcast or media production, or program administration is a plus • Ability to travel as required to support program events • Resume, cover letter of no more than two pages, writing sample of no more than 1,500 words, and two references with email addresses
