Beschreibung

• Lead the architecture and development of software solutions, making strategic decisions that influence our technical direction. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology development with business objectives, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Perform rigorous code reviews and advocate for best coding practices to ensure our products are efficient and maintainable. • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of excellence. • Research emerging technologies and trends in software engineering, identifying opportunities to enhance our projects and processes. • Address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, anticipating potential issues to ensure smooth project execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 8 years of software development experience • Required experience with Java and Ruby • Proven experience with the development, scaling, and maintenance of distributed systems • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architectural design, and agile development methodologies • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently on complex issues • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) • Experience with Elixir is a plus • Familiarity with Front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) • Familiarity with Gradle and Spring Boot • Familiarity with Python • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
