Beschreibung

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end/year-end close. • Ensure compliance with local financial, tax, and statutory regulations across assigned Latin American jurisdictions. • Prepare, review, and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to senior leadership. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to support business planning and decision-making. • Establish, implement, and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to ensure governance and risk mitigation. • Manage and optimize the use of accounting systems, ERP tools, and financial reporting platforms. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required. • Oversee administrative operations, including vendor management, contracts, documentation, and operational support functions. • Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight to accounting and administrative team members. • Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification is a plus). • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. • Experience working with Latin American financial regulations and multi-entity environments is highly preferred. • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar). • Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in financial modeling and analysis. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setup. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
