🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product design experience • 5+ years of experience at a senior or higher role • Deep expertise across UI, interaction, visual design, and content—with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work in fast-paced environments • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering, and to clearly articulate complex design decisions to diverse audiences • Mastery of Figma, animation, UX research methods, prototyping, and running/participating in design reviews • Experience designing AI-powered tools, agent interfaces, or prototyping workflows; comfort using AI tools daily and designing with an AI-first mindset • Portfolio showcasing strong design craft, process depth, and strategic thinking • High curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment • Background in early-stage, design-centric, or deep-tech startups • Nice-to-have: Marketplace/fintech background, personal collecting/investing/ experience
