• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity expectations • Navigate the sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing • Make a high volume of daily sales calls to identify and connect with decision-makers • Build phone rapport, uncover prospect needs, and deliver persuasive presentations • Follow up with potential clients, negotiate, and close agreements • Organize the workday, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed notes in Salesforce • Collaborate with cross-departmental team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals • Engage wedding professionals nationwide and advise business owners on industry trends and scaling their brands using The Knot and WeddingWire advertising platforms

🎯 Anforderungen

• Dedicated 40-hour-per-week commitment during standard business hours of 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST • Residence within established U.S. hiring hubs: Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, D.C., New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Texas, Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina, or Florida • Comfortable making high-volume sales calls • Natural ability to engage others by phone • Extremely organized with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets • Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting to decision-makers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Curiosity, passion, and strong desire to learn and evolve • 1+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience (bonus) • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems (bonus) • AI fluency and thoughtful use of relevant AI tools
