Beschreibung

• Own and scale Therabody's brand marketing presence across Canada • Localize global and international brand strategies into regional marketing plans • Build and execute Canada's annual marketing calendar • Lead end-to-end marketing execution for product launches and momentum activities across retail, PR, influencer, and event channels • Partner with local influencers, fitness professionals, wellness advocates, studios, wellness centres, and sports organizations • Scale brand advocacy among athletes, trainers, and ambassadors through seeding programs • Collaborate with digital and media teams to leverage local creator content across paid and owned channels • Architect and execute campaigns to generate customer reviews across DTC platforms and Canadian retail websites • Monitor community sentiment, customer reviews, brand tracking, and local messaging • Manage Canadian PR, creative, media, and activation agency partners • Own campaign briefs, asset delivery pipelines, and timeline tracking • Analyze campaign metrics and produce reports, insights, and ROI recommendations • Concept, plan, and execute consumer-facing and trade marketing events across Canada • Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, product inventory, branded assets, and on-site execution • Support Toronto retail marketing initiatives and visual merchandising • Coordinate local marketing and co-op promotional plans for Canadian retail accounts • Manage the regional marketing budget, vendor contracts, invoices, and purchase orders • Monitor marketing KPIs and event metrics and deliver post-activation ROI reports to leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, PR, experiential marketing, partnerships, or agency account management • Proven track record handling fast-paced accounts and cross-functional projects • Agency account management experience highly preferred • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • Ability to navigate matrixed reporting lines between local sales and global international leadership • Ability to collaborate with international marketing peers and global corporate functions • Strong track record managing multi-city events, local vendor networks, and regional activation budgets • Independent self-starter who thrives with autonomy and excels at working remotely from a regional corporate hub • Experience in wellness, fitness, consumer electronics, premium lifestyle, apparel, or sports industries highly desirable • Flexibility and willingness to travel across Canada • Professional fluency in English and French highly desirable • Passion for Therabody's mission and product categories
