Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Own overall cross-functional project delivery across time, cost, and quality • Ensure financial stewardship, resource alignment to budget, out-of-scope activity management, and Con Mod negotiations • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level using RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives • Lead increasingly complex projects, including multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutically complex, and financially complex projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience working with Pregnancy Registries is required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous experience providing comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and situations • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles: time, quality, and cost • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills and ability to proactively address and prioritize expectations • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical, and strategic thinking skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others and achieve results, including cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
