Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key customers across our portfolio • Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and execute complex deals • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts • Build professional relationships with decision-makers and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success • Develop comprehensive business plans, conduct regular business reviews, negotiate contracts, and implement strategic initiatives to grow market share and customer loyalty • Collaborate across divisions to leverage Thermo Fisher's full capabilities • Help customers advance their critical work in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of strategic account management experience in semiconductor or related industry • Preferred Fields of Study: Science, Engineering, Business, or related field • Additional relevant certifications in sales, account management, or related areas beneficial • Demonstrated success in developing and growing key account relationships at executive levels • Strong understanding of Semiconductor dynamics and market trends • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent presentation and communication abilities • Experience coordinating matrix teams and collaborating across functions • Proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagement • Fluency in English required; additional language skills beneficial • Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business opportunities • Experience coordinating teams to deliver customer solutions
